Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Bullion Signals (Sonia Taneja, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India) collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to run the Weekly Outlook, member access and our replies to you.
1. What we collect

We never receive your card or bank details. Patreon handles payment. Your watchlist is stored only in your own browser and never sent to us.
2. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not. Both tell us which pages are visited. Visitors in the EU and UK are asked for consent before Google Analytics cookies are set. You can also block cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.
3. Legal basis
We process your data with your consent (the Weekly Outlook and analytics cookies), to provide a service you bought (member access), and to answer messages you send us. You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal doesn't affect processing that took place before it.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Bullion Signals, and only for that purpose:
- Patreon: payments and purchase records
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and spam protection on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person, and may process technical data such as your IP address and browser details)
- Google: Analytics; Google Cloud and Firebase for our database and dashboard sign-in; Gmail for sending the Weekly Outlook, sign-in emails and replies
We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
5. Where it is stored
Our providers may store data outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. We use providers that protect data to recognised standards.
6. How long we keep it
- Weekly Outlook: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
- Member records: for the length of your pass and afterwards for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, and to handle any disputes.
- Contact form messages and emails you send us: up to 2 years.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it;
- stop sending you emails (every Weekly Outlook has an unsubscribe link).
In India, you can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also object to processing or ask for a copy of your data in a portable format. Email bulliontradingsignals@gmail.com to make a request. We will respond within 30 days, and in any case within the 90 days India's DPDP Rules allow.
8. Complaints
Contact our grievance officer, Sonia Taneja, at bulliontradingsignals@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or, in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.
9. Security and breaches
We use encrypted connections, one-time sign-in links instead of passwords, and limited access to records. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you promptly, in plain language, and notify the authorities where the law requires it.
10. Children
The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete their data.
11. Changes
We will post any update here with a new effective date. For significant changes, we will also email subscribers and members.
